Are you saying that Marquez would've beaten those boxers? Would Pacquiao be the same as today, if he had continued staying at 130 and draining himself?

i said it all along that if he couldnt beat Pac the first two times when JMM was at his best and at his best weight...no way he beats Pac now when Pac is at his best and best weight apparently....just not gonna happen....JMM is declining and Pac seems to have improved and hasnt lost much speed and is stronger....doesnt bode well for JMM.

The double standard from boxing fans is disgusting and disheartening. Some people say boxing fans are the best, but I do not think so. Boxing fans are largely nationalistic and completely biased fair weather fans.

"lil" floyd made this guy move up 2 weight classes and then didnt make the weight himself, do you really think anybody under those circumstances is going to win:roll: Pac had a draw and a razor thin decission, he might have won but he didnt beat him. How do you move on to "bigger and better" things just to end up fighting the same guy 3 years down the road???:nut

No, instead he drained everyone else:good

:hey I'm glad I'm getting my point across
yeah it's really awful man. If it was any other fighter, then it's ok, but since it's "him" then it's bad.
But it's ok for the other guy to come and do the same exact thing years later

Say what you will, but Marquez was advised to go after Chris John rather than pursue a third fight with Pacquiao by his very own trainer, Nacho Beristain. He lost that fight, so I can understand why he wouldn't get a rematch. Time wasn't really right until after the Margarito fight. Waiting one fight and then fighting him isn't a duck.

Koncz also said he advised Manny because styles make fights. Honestly, Freddie Roach has said several times that Marquez has Manny's number, but he also says he'd still like a fight with him. Who do you think Manny will listen to, Koncz or Roach?

    Case closed.

I agree that he's out of opponents, what I dont agree with is saying marquez wasnt worthy of a 3rd fight back then.He beat morales convincingly the second time around, was there really a need for a third one?

There are plenty of people to fight, pac is a WW, has been for years now, So why is he fighting a guy who fights at 135 lbs?
