    Magnesi, an unbeaten 26 year old Cavesi who fought in WSB under the Italian flag before turning pro, is th current IBO super featherweight titlist. Lagos, a Filipino globe-trotter and occasional upset artist, will not be challenging for the belt in this bout scheduled for ten.
