Roy because he was a better fighter and proved it against much better LHW competition. And Roy's opposition was nothing special.
As much as I hate to say it, I agree. Moorer's Chin looked good at LHW and he appeared to have monstrous power there, but he was not fighting an impressive level of competition at that weight. That being said, Jones' Chin would never hold up if Moorer landed on it.
