    Moorer by KO.

Jones had difficulties at times with Southpaws and his Chin is crap.

Moorer was too slow even at 175. A dangerous puncher, but Jones was too fast. Easy win for Jones.

probably Jones. Moorer's only chance would have been to be super aggressive and even though he was never knocked out at light heavyweight, Jones could have done it if Moorer got sloppy. I pick Jones by decision.

If this is the Moorer that was getting his ass handed to him by G-Man in sparring then I will take Roy.

Moorer was a huge puncher at this weight put with his chin issues and Roy's pop IMO Roy stops him.

rico! come on, that's ridiculous. 1)moorer didn't have the greatest chin either, at ANY weight 2) he'd never lay a hand on jones. moorer was a very good light heavy but he wasn't there long enough for us to learn how good he REALLY was

I would have to pick Moorer in this one. Moorer's chin was questionable at HW, but Roy's chin is questionable PERIOD. Roy would have to fight the perfect fight, where Moorer just had to land 1 shot. Lets not forget, Moorer was KO'ing HW after he moved up. How many top notch fighters did Roy KO at LHW? Moorer by 5th Rd KO!

:good completely agree. IF moorer was super aggressive (which he could be against lesser competition) he had a chance. and from what i've seen of moorer he could be VERY aggressive but against jones i see him getting discouraged and fighting like he did against holyfield in the first fight: like a zombie. for 3 rounds moorer would do some work but by the 4th, realizing he's not hitting jones with much all the pep talking in the world from atlas won't give him what he needs to land anything clean. if he doesn't fight aggresively, it's a complete washout from begining to end.

Jones was not exactly an aggressive fighter himself. Moorer did not have Chin issues at Light Heavyweight and we all know Roy did. I just think Moorer's power and Southpaw stance would give Roy some problems. Could Jones win? Sure he could but I see Moorer stopping Roy either by TKO or a flat out KO.

moorer had good power but the roy jones glass chin myth doesn't really hold water when he was in his prime. sure moorer could have ko'd him but moorer would not have to land just one shot to do it. maybe the perfect shot but he didn't have george foreman power. he'd hurt jones if he hit him but like everyone else he'd find 1)he ain't easy to hit 2)if you do hit him, he doesn't just fall down. keep it mind: this is pre tarver
