Good fight. Prime Moorer was a dangerous dude. He'd hit the deck, but he had the capability to get back up and finish the other guy. Ortiz doesn't have the best defense. I think it would be a fun fight, while it lasted either way.
Ortiz would ko Moorer in round 1 or 2…if you think Moorer would even have a chance, you didn’t watch Moorer.
Moorer was good...in his prime he probably decisions Ortiz of now...a 10 year younger Ortiz has his number though.
I'd say 50/50. Moorer in his prime before he became a drunk was a a heck of a puncher and was really good at sneaking his punches in, but wasn't always mentally there, which could work against him, since Ortiz is very patient and has excellent timing once he finds his range. Moorer would sometimes tune out in between fights or even worse tune out his coach.
If you think a "prime" Moorer wouldn't have a chance, you don't know **** about boxing. Prime Moorer would have KO'd the bums that Ortiz didn't.
Same reason I knew Foreman was going to ko him, his chin wasn’t cut out for HW. His performance was well better than I thought it would be though, right up to the point Foreman put him to sleep.
