If we're talking a prime and MOTIVATED Witherspoon, then definitely Witherspoon by mid rounds ko.

You would have to favor the much larger, and sturdier Witherspoon.

Moorer is too stupid/stubborn to fight the near pefect fight that he would need to fight to pull it off. Witherspoon drops him several times with the overhand right until Atlas throws the towel

Witherspoon inside four rounds. Moorer was an accident waiting to happen. Fortunate Holyfeild had a “funny turn” the night they met.

    Witherspoon, probably by stoppage

He would block a lot of shots and Moorer would be vulnerable to his powerful right hand.

Easy to pick this one. Witherspoon easily once he lands anything clean.

    Agree with all the above.
Moorer can take it if Spoon is far from his best shape. But if Tim is at his peak, he catches Moorer, sooner or later, and it's goodbye for MM

Moorer like most southpaws was vulnerable to right hands. And Tim's
overhand right was a brutal. Moorer has success early with his right jab
but once Tim finds his range its all over.
    Tim by ko in ten.

    Timmy wins it.
