The Willie Pastrano of the Harold Johnson fight would beat Moorer, as would Johnson (Harold, that is), Galindez, of course, Saad Muhammad (I mentioned Eddie Mustafa in an earlier post), Loughran, Foster (!!), Moore, Tunney and Charles(!!!), just to name a few. I left out Billy Conn...you tell me that Moorer would beat Conn...I dare you.

Oh yes..it would be like the ending of the Rondon fight rather than the Mike Quarry, or Tiger fight.

Moorer's time was too brief at 175 to say for sure what his level there was.

i wasn't a big fan of him as a boxer-puncher, outside of his punching power.

He was also one of those fighters that was a bit too big to make 175 year after year, but not big enough for heavy.Cruiser would have been ideal for him, but the money was elsewhere.

At 6-2 and a large frame he was right for heavyweight, and he had a pretty good run, beating Holyfield and winning the World title...

He also knocked Bert Cooper cold, and was beating Foreman to a pulp until the old fat guy landed the bomb...

He was way to big for 175, and the way he ate, never could have made 190 comfortably, no friggin way...
