2 or 3 at most times out of 10 Jackson may be able to pull out one of his specials and spark Nunn, the rest of the time Nunn schools Julian with ease and likely stops him late.
dangerous fight for a man who regularly taunted his opponent with his back on the ropes and his hands around his knees
I favor Nunn here to be too fast, maybe win by stoppage on swelling. Keep in mind Jackson's eye issues when he was fighting at 160.
Nunn would win more often than not if he was motivated and focused(as Graham probably would have to). But he was only in that frame of mind about half the time at most, he'd be obliterated at some point-if likely ahead on points- if he fought like he did against Curry and Starling(probably barkley too) If he doesn't give Jackson the necessary respect expect something like Zapata vs Ursua to happen.
Jackson has a puncher's chance against virtually everybody, but I don't like his chances against a prime Nunn. In all likelyhood, Nunn would take JJ apart and stop him late.
Nunn would dazzle him and stop him by TKO. Nunn was a big enough guy and he could punch. He was elusive. He didn't have one punch power, but his boxing ability had a little to do with underrated power. Some guys are like that, they punch hard enough to get respect but not knockouts, so they can box once they land a good punch.
I think Nunn would win by KO if he wanted to, but I think Jackson has more than just a puncher's chance. He has more like a Julian Jackson chance. If Nunn wants to take the chance of leaning in on Jackson and fighting on the inside like he likes to do, then there's a chance Jackson catches him with something. plus Jackson had radar on his hands, they're so accurate. but I guess I'll assume Nunn by KO or wide decision, whatever he's committed and focused to. I guess it's safe to assume Nunn had a pretty good beard as well, took some good shots.
