Nunn would of been far too cute for the one dimensional Benn as a Middleweight in the late 80s; Nunn TKO5 A match at Super Middle in 92/93 would of been a lot more interesting. But still I see Nunn winning as Benn would not have the maturity to get over the psychological problem of a Brit fighting a Top American, even though hindsight shows Nunn was nothing special in the time period. I'll take Nunn by UD, due to the speed/range factor. I think Benn would give him all he could handle though, hard puncher that he was.
Nunn always had the edge. He was bigger and was a good boxer who could avoid being hit clean. Nunn wins a UD or late rounds knockout.
In his prime, Michael was truly Second to Nunn. I'm a fan of both but if they did fight I see Nunn taking this by decision.
at first i would go with michael nunn, but i remember how much of a fight that iran barkley gave him and i think benn is quicker then barkley judging by their fight.
