Michael O'Reilly is a 5'7 22 year old Middleweight Amateur. Born in Clonmel and fighting out of Portlaoise, Ireland. Middleweight boxer Michael just got robbed in a big way and almost of his chance of going to the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics, he was beaten by Egyptian Hosam Abdin in a match he clearly won, but he kept his Olympic hopes alive by winning his third National Title in a row for Ireland. He didn't start out that well as an amateur he lost most of his important early fights to the likes of uber talented Jason Quigley but he's learned on the job and gotten much better with age. He's been on a roll lately establishing himself as the next big thing from Ireland recently picking up the Gold Medal at the Baku 2015 European Games. He fights very well off the backfoot, but isn't a runner, he lands loose counter rights and lefts and uppercuts, he's a very fluid boxer with good footwork, and can dig deep and go to war when he has to.
