No doubt Tua has great power and he did stop guys in the early rounds like you said. But look at those guys that he stopped. Most of them were Sluggers or swarmers there to be hit. You mention that Holmes was 36 when he fought Spinks and I agree he was on the slide. But Holmes was still damn good as he ended up beating Mercer, should have got the decision against McCall and gave Holyfield a tough fight YEARS after his fights with Spinks. Holmes is far and away better than anyone that Tua ever beat. I agree Tua is a dangerous opponent but I think Spinks is far an away the better fighter even at Heavyweight. He would know that Tua is going to try and land that left hook and I believe he would take that left hook away from him. People keep bringing up the Tyson fight but again, that was Spinks with bad knees who already was pretty much retired and Tyson was WAY faster and better than Tua in every way.
