I've always pondered over how Michael Spinks might have done at cruiser.. Given that he competed at the highest level both above and below that class, I think he'd actually fair quite well. It might even have been an ideal weight for him.. Hell he dethroned Larry Holmes while only weighing 199 lbs which would place him within modern cruiser weight guidelines so one has to think he'd be elite.. Haye was a natural in that division, but didn't have too many fights there and the opposition wasn't exactly stellar.. It's always a gamble picking one guy who's never fought in a particular class ( officially ) over one who was right at home there, but here's a vote for Spinks by decision or late stoppage.
