Michael Spinks vs. Eddie Davis - WTF were the judges looking at?

I scored this one last year. This is what I wrote. I had Davis the winner when I first saw it live back in the day and I still do.

Round 1: 10-9 Davis
Round 2: 10-10 Even
Round 3: 10-9 Spinks
Round 4: 10-9 Davis
Round 5: 10-9 Spinks
Round 6: 10-10 Even
Round 7: 10-9 Spinks
Round 8: 10-9 Davis
Round 9: 10-9 Davis
Round 10: 10-9 Spinks
Round 11: 10-9 Davis
Round 12: 10-9 Davis

Total: 116-114 Eddie Davis

The official verdict was unanimous for Spinks. Two of the judges had it wide for Spinks. IMO they weren't even trying. They had to be at the concession stand getting a couple of dogs and a brew. They should have just mailed their cards in. I saw someone else on this site scored this fight, so I compared my card to his. And except for the 6th round which he gave to Spinks and I had even, we had identical cards. Now that is good tight scoring. This fight is well worth checking out and Davis deserves to be pissed over this one, because IMO he deserved the verdict.
