How do you see these fights shaking out? 1983 Spinks (from the Qwai fight) vs. 1987 Holyfield (from the Qawi fight) at cruiserweight 1986 Spinks (from the Holmes 1 fight) vs. 1991 Holyfield (from the Holmes fight) at heavyweight
I like Spinks via decision in the first proposed match I like Holyfield over Spinks anytime at heavyweight.
Tough call but probably Spinks at CW , and Holy at HVY , Spinks has become one of my favorites here as of late . I love his awkward style , I think he couldve achieved way more than he did.
I agree with you gentleman. Though I feel compelled to add that likely Holyfield was using PEDs by the Homles fight, & I have no confidence he would win-at best a toss up-if he was lifetime clean.
The 83 Spinks probaly wins a RAZOR thin decision against Holy at LH.. However the Heavyweight version of Holyfield is too strong, and has too much dog in him for Spinks, Holy ko 6....
Spinks only chance vs Holyfield is to have matched against him very early in Holyfields cruiserweight days, and even then I think even an inexperienced Holyfield is to fast and to strong for him.
