Rocky was a lot more skilled than Qawi, especially in defense and punching skills.

I don't see it, did Qawi ever fall over when he missed a punch?

Did Qawi know how to get full rotation/body torque into punches like Marciano? Did Qawi have a wide array of punches in his ****nal? Did Qawi ever outpoint a master boxer like Marciano did?

I don't know and I don't care. Sure Marciano missed a punch against Savold and fell down... It's funny but it also shows you how devastating Marciano was because he knew how to get his whole body into punches.

Qawi was not on marcianos level

Fancy bringing the Cooper fight up; Ali needed smelling salts to revive him after one left hook. He would have plenty to worry about with Marciano other than Rocky's tender skin!

In your dreams. Ali was a sucker for left hooks, which is what Cooper landed, as did others. Plus Cooper was no 5' 10" guy with a stumpy 67" reach.

Like I said ( and Marciano admitted he never new a guy that big could punch so fast ) Ali blistering that face for 6 rounds and its blood transfusion time. Both eyes split, plus nose and mouth.

Suzie has turned it into a virtue because it shows Marciano knew how to get torque into his shots.:patsch
Pity he didn't ever learn to keep his balance when he missed punches by a couple of feet!

But he would fall over if he ever fought Marciano because rock would batter the 5 foot 5 crab into the ground

I like Qwawi and I like Marciano, I really don't see why one falling over when he Mises a punch makes him any less effective or less skilled. Rocky looked awkward and as clumsy as hell but he was skilful and extremely effective. Especially with regard to feinting for openings making gaps using angles and punch selection. In many ways a brawling presure fighter can be as skilful in his own way as a more graceful long distance boxer.

Fighters often topple over with momentum. Even fancy boxers on occasion. I don't think the falling down was a running feature or prevented Marcianos success.
