I like Michael Spinks to win this...I think that Roy was a amazing talent with speed and power...Behind on the scorecards, Spinks turns aggressive and catches him in the 11th round.

Roy starts out using his speed to befuddle the slow-starting Michael, however by the sixth round, Spinks asserts himself, and Jones will get the coldcock by the eighth or ninth round.

 

I think both men have a great chance of taking this fight. I credit Roy Jones as being the slightly better technician, and with more speed, while Spinks is naturally a bit bigger, stronger and better suited to fight at 175 Lbs. Both guys had power to hurt the other and the technical skills to give the other a hard time. At the end of the day, I see this fight coming down to a decision, but I'm not sure who takes it.

I know this fight is supposed to be at 175, but I think it is a bigger challenge than the Ruiz fight for Jones. Spinks punch will be practically as dangerous as that of Ruiz, and he is faster than Ruiz. If this goes the distance, Jones takes it. I tend to lean towards most other opinions and feel that Spinks would catch Jones.
