Sprott was dominating Gerber until getting dropped in the 4th. Gets up and is clearly fine and ready to go, ****ing ref waves the fight off. ****. Sprott pushes him over, it's about time someone did something about the corrupt pricks. If only Robin Reid had done that to the Ottke ref. Good on Sprott for not leaving quietly and accepting being shafted. Poor Sprott is a good honest pro who gets ****ed over far too often, you can't blame him for not being able to stand it any more.
TBH i don't see anything G about that personally mate, He's just gone and messed up his living in Germany and maybe abroad and TBH he looked even in corner to still be a little shaken. I've seen far worse stoppages then that..
It was a dreadful stoppage and Sprott has been ****ed over in Germany countless times. It's understandable that he would get pissed off. Sprott was ahead on the cards at the time as well.
It's quite simple don't fight there but chooses to, he got dropped heavily and wobbled a little then used rope to walk over to corner. Sorry but seen worse then that, far worse. From that angle you can't see if he's eyes are glazed over. I'm normally a defendant of fighters but within reason. A G doesn't **** up his money bro, Sprott's just done ****ed his career. That ain't G.
It wasn't that bad. His legs had clearly gone, so you can't blame the ref too much. Maybe it was an early stoppage but it wasn't the worst I've seen.
Well his career is close to its end anyway. It's still a bad stoppage and the number of times he's been ****ed over he's within his rights to give something back. Not that ref was hurt anyway.
He has knows the score and fights in Germany instead of the domestic scene because of the money involved in being a trialhorse over there
:deal Agreed. Yes there have been some dreadful decisons against away fighers in Germany, and there will continue to be, and I completely understand the frustration of Sprott (a good pro) on this ocassion. But................ It is simply no excuse for assaulting the ref. This looks really bad for Sprott, and although part of me is glad to see him do it, thats a part that isn't thinking of the negative impact this will most likely have on his career.
Sprott chose to be a journeyman, so he has to take the rough with the very rough. **** him. There's been half a dozen fights over there that he ought to have won and decided to take it easy and settle for a defeat, so I've little sympathy.
