That shot that Sprott landed on Audley woulda Ko'd anyone. What a sensational knock out. Lights out

Audley returned the favour with a massive Ko in the rematch. Two of the most devastating one punch Knock outs of all time

Sanders always showed flashes of brilliance in his fights. Superior handspeed to 90% of all HWs, good, solid chin, a straight L that Chavulo, Purrity, and McCall would've feared.

Sadly for us fans he was content to be a farmer and only used prize fighting to subsidize his expensive habit of golfing.:rofl

Imagine for one second.......An in shape, totally dedicated, hungry Corrie Sanders:think. I'm thinking top 5 ATG. The outta shape, unmotivated part time golfer had Rahman seeing stars, was blatantly ducked by both Lewis and Tyson, KTFO Wladimir, and was the only fighter in history to have Vitali on ***** street.

Holyfield, who I believe due to his granite chin wouldve beaten the outta shape Sanders, balked at the idea of fighting him after his loss to Vitali. Sanders camp was looking to rebound after the loss and thought a fight with Holyfield in South Africa would be a huge event. Holyfield wanted none of that though and instead fought Larry Donald for peanuts in MSG.

Sanders went on to spark a journeymen then couldnt get another fight so he hung em up. He came back, but his powerful L seemed all but gone and his killer instinct wasn't there either. MOF, I read somewhere that he said the last few fights he had after the Varakin bout he only took because the money offered him an opportunity to purchase a luxury item. A truck once and a sports car another.

Im wondering how that 8 y/o Range Rover is doing:D. Maybe he's needing an updated model. With all the roiding going on and the fact that most non evt fights are not so tightly regulated he could start doing the TRT thing like Roid Mayflower Jr, Holy, BHOP, BOZ, McCall etc and get him a big $$$ fight vs a guy like Price or Fury. Hell, Solis would fight him.

If Bert Cooper can still get big fights. Frans Botha after a decade of nothing. Why can't Sanders do it too. I'm gonna ask him and get back to this.:deal

I think even at 46, Corrie Sanders

This destruction of Cooper was just a yr after Cooper last challenged for a world title. Well, a real one anyway. He did go on to win the WBF title a few yrs later, but Sanders beat a prime Cooper far more convinicly than Holyfield or Moorer could and beat him worse than Mercer or Forman were able. (Foreman stopped him, but Cooper was doing well, even though Big George broke his rib in the first. )

Without a doubt, Corrie Sanders SHOULD HAVE been an ATG up there with the Ali's, Frazier's, Tysons, Lewis's and K2s.

Funny how some guys just have natural ability without having to break a sweat in camp. Solis could be this generations Sanders. Let's hope for his sake he looks at the potential Sanders had and decides that maybe boxing IS his calling.:deal

Sprott has been robbed at least 6 times, and arguably a 7th if you counted his fight last yr for the Euro title vs top 20 contender Alexander Dimitrenko.

Pretty bad to diss a guy who arguably has the best resume of any British HW outside of Lewis in the past 40 yrs.

My comparison has only to do with natural talent and the ability to compete vs high level competition while putting very little work into training.

I always respect your take IAHB, but DRUGS? Aside from the oxys he took to relieve pain due to the knee injury....what gives. Come clean....what's he on?:think

Great finish by Sanders, but Sanders is a biggest moron ever, i have never seen him in shape for a full fight, talented but extremely lazy, i dont know how he had balls to fight Vitali when he was in condition for maybe 3 4 rounds.

That's because it is K2 haters that DKSAB. They thought the K2 were done after Byrd and Sanders. The real fans who know boxing knew in 96 that Wlad was the this generations ATG and we mostly saw Vitali as a top 10 contender himself.

Yeah, our 96 position has changed and we mostly see both brothers on similarly solid dominant ground. But people who DKSAB are typcially racists or Floyd nuthuggers.

PPL who hate the K2 are Floyd/race fans almost exclusively. These same DKSAB fans think Ward<Bute. And that Tyson, Lewis, or (insert random negroid) would beat the socks off either Kltischko. These exact same DKSAB fans are the ones who call this a weak HW era.

    Y'all want to swallow negroid semen:huh, fine:rofl.

But I can like black fighters like Tony Dirrel, Seth Mitchell, or Eddie Chambers. I can like a Latino fighter like Apoo Cote, Miguel Cotto, or Chavez Jr, or David Rodriguez. I can like Asian fighters like Pacqioua or Donaire. I can even like white fighters like the K2, Chauncey Welliver, Lucien BOOMAYE BOOTAYE, or Kelly Pavlik.

There are some guys I dislike, even hate, but these same guys I argue for because they are ****ing great. Solis for instance. I don't like Kessler, but I think he's a great ****ing fighter. Top 3-5 this era and was arguably the best SMW in the world for a couple yrs. And I absolutely hate David Haye. I wish him to be KOd in every one of his fights......but ya know what......I think he has the potential to be the greatest fighter, even possibly p4p of this generation.

I think my point is that some of us aint here to hype Sanders. We're just calling talent what it is. Talent. We're calling potential what it is. Potential. We're calling a champion a champion.:deal
