Hammer is a tough lad and strong, think he gets the KO.

Hammer had a close fight with Johnson. Was losing to Price before the latter gassed. Wallisch looks a lot better on eye test, physical attributes. But like with Dinu a few weeks ago it's a hunger thing. He was on the radar of most HW die-hards for a while and considering one of the better German prospects but it seems like his heart isn't in the game. That's the only reason I'm apprehensive in picking him against Hammer. But I certainly wouldn't count him out. If he shows up in shape he has a very good chance at pulling the upset off.

something that speaks for his Talent is the fact that Wallisch has been signed by nearly every single german Promotion there is…...only to have managerial Disputes with them. Wallisch has been to Prison and seems to be very difficult to work with. however, the fact that he was courted by all the big german promotions means that he must have something to offer. in Germany, they dont **** around: there are very few pro fighters in Germany......if you apply with a big Promotion, they put you in with one of their top guns in Sparring. if you can hang, you get a contract……..if not, it s over.
i have heard that Wallisch has been Sparring with the likes of hrgovic and pulev. and he Held his own. sure, Sparring aint a real fight…….but still.

The Dinu comparison is very apt and I was thinking the same. Dinu and Wallisch both had talent once upon a time and could have maybe made something of themselves if they had really committed to the sport. However, Dinu showed the blueprint for what happens when potential doesn't foster their talent.

Wallisch may be better than Dinu, and I also don't think Hammer is as good as Miller, so perhaps it will be a closer fight.
