Micheal Moorer tipped Mayweather about Manny's PED use

There isn't even any need for evidence. Manny's actions told us all we needed to know.

01. He won't submit to random testing without a cut-off date. That isn't random.
02. His camp gave numerous reasons why he would not take the tests.
03. He stood firm on not testing his allegedly clean system when this much money was at stake.

Manny is a fraud.

I don't believe what any one person says, but taken in context? It is far more believable than a multi-million dollar camp (Team Pac) falling all over themselves changing their story in the press constantly. I really think Manny/Ariza caught Arum flat footed on this one. Same as Margarito did.

Arum walks into the fray with his chest puffed out then after talking to his man is spinning and doing damage control. Why? Because he knows his man is cheating.
