So I'm watching Moorer vs Axel Shulz and it gt me thinking, how would he in his prime fair against the heavies of today, Klitchkos, Haye, Areola etc.

Moorer vs Schulz is an excellent heavyweight fight. For me that Moorer beats every active heavy right now except the Klits.

He's a good chance VS all of them, imo. In his prime, of course. Not right now. Although he may be somewhat viable even now.

I couldn't agree more, I really njoyed that fight and I think he would definately give all the heavies right now a good fight...I would even give him the benefit against either Klitschko's

Schulz gave Moorer a good fight. Wlad annihilated Schulz, won every round, KO'd him, which Foreman and Moorer failed to do. So how is the Moorer - Schulz fight an indication that Moorer would have a chance against the Klitschkos?

Ali lost to Frazier, who himself was annihliated twice by Foreman, so how on earth could Ali ever beat Foreman?!?!?!

    Oh wait.

LMAO! Don't use so much logic, it doesn't seem to work to well on ESB.

Moore does well against all of the current heavies....although I think Moore would probably lose to the Klitschkos.

I think Moore would probably stay at LHW and absolutely clean that class out. It's practically begging for a star.

He wouldn't last 4 rounds with Haye

Getting knocked out cold by an arm punch from an ancient Foreman was pretty embarrassing.
Barely "winning" against Vaughn Bean. He looked like garbage in this fight.
    SD win over Shulz.
    Having a war with Botha.

Can't believe Holyfield lost to this guy. :-(

I think you're selling the four-time world champion short. He had his flaws of course, but here's a light heavyweight champion who not only never lost a fight at light heavyweight but knocked every opponent out, including in several title fights, then became three-time heavyweight champion even though his whiskers weren't particularly reliable. And if getting knocked out by any Foreman punch is something a light heavyweight should be ashamed of,...well, it's not really.

I think that he could hold his own with every HWT in todays game. Keep in mind that the Schulz fight was late in his career.

:lol:Big George had some of the heaviest hands in the history of boxing. Its well known that a fighter never loses power with age.
