Battle of Southpaws. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcb1MgGrlWA[/ame] Prime nunn for me on UD....Joe doesnt have the power like TOney had to stop him with one shot.
:good Good one. First half definitely Nunn, without a doubt, but later rounds I'm not too sure. But if I'd have to pick most likely Nunn.
Well the Mw prime version could give up 8 lbs and still beat Calzaghe clearly, i have no doubt what so ever about that one. But the one who moved up to SM a couple years after getting kod by Toney didnt have legs and had alot less speed... I thought i was looking at a 45 year old version of Nunn at 30!! He was still solid but beateable , Calzaghe would handle that version of Michael Nunn.
Yup. Nunn is one of the most talented pure boxers of all-time. His best weight was 160. I assume we're talking 168 here, in which case he was a step slower. JC's style would give that version of Nunn a ton of trouble. It was more difficult to evade shots at 168, although still a great defensive fighter. Agree with the above, but the 160 version of a younger Nunn beats JC because of talent and speed alone.
BAHAHHA Nunns been beaten, rather easily too, Calzaghe would be too fast, too slick, and swarm Nunn, another over-rated Ameribum that made a career of fighting cans. A bunch of nobodies beat Nunn, in his prime too lmaooo
michael nunn did everything better than calzaghe at 160, faster better more accurate combination puncher, more pop on his punches. and he was rangier. michael nunn by decision
This would be dire to watch!Joe would probably out work Nunn.He would be able to take the jab and off load a lot of his own fast handed stuff.Joe would not have it all his own way but would get a decision. Not one I would be happy paying ppv for.
