Michel Abou Soro is a 5'10.5 27 year old Middleweight with a 27-1-1 17 KO's. Born in Abijan, Côte D’Ivoire (The Ivory Coast) in Africa but resides in Villeurbanne, Rhône, France since the age of 13. This slick African is been on a vicious rampage this year, first taking the Light Middleweight Division and only months later the Middleweight Division by storm. His KO victory over Glen Tapia was a sight to see, Tapia who has a very good chin, since he withstood a hail of fistic bombs from the Mandingo Warrior until Smoger finally and maybe too late stopped the fight, but even then he was still standing and very badly rocked. Soro rocked him to the bottom of his soul and had him staggering all over the ring like a drunk before the stoppage. Next he went on to stop with a picture perfect left hand Emanuele Blandamura, who's only previous loss was a stoppage at the hands of Billy Joe Saunders. His only two speed bumps he had thus far in his career haven't be that severe. He fought the undefeated very talented prospect Antoine Douglas to a draw, and loss in a very tight match which could have been a draw against the very talented Zaurbek Baysangurov. He's a slick but not dull fighter who exploits his opponents weaknesses in the heat of battle at times with vicious accuracy from both hands, his left has played a more decisive role in his more recent fights, he's also willing to walk a fighter down. He's to be coming into his own as a fighter and could prove hazardous to many a Middleweight. So Check Out Monsieur Michel The Black Panther Of Abijan.:toney:toney:toney:toney

Saw him for the first time against Douglas(Who I think is a fine prospect) and was very impressed.

He hurt Douglas badly a couple of times in the second half of the fight.

Blandamura is a very bland fighter indeed. He can't crack an egg.

Soro looks like he'll be a match for some of the top fighters below Golovkin, though.

By the way sorry IB, I'd been planning this thread since the Tapia victory and was holding off until after the Blandamura fight so I could add another highlight reel KO, and I could hype him a little better than before.:yep

:goodOnly now Soro is the bigger of the two, wins over Tapia and Blandamura mean a little more than Cornflake.

I thought he looked good against Tapia and can probably make some noise at 160.

He would be a good option for Golovkin when he does his once a year fight in Monaco.

Wouldnt be a terrible choice at all.

As an aside, those Monaco cards always seem to be the most amateurish, town hall events.

I mean, C'MON its Monte Carlo! They should be able to do it well!

Murray, Ishida, and Adama have been Golovkin's 3 Monaco opponents, Soro would be a better choice than atleast 2 of them.

You're right about those cards they put on there, not the highest quality and being they're in Monte Carlo that does seem odd.

I tried but it was too long to fit and it wouldn't let me, so I had to adjust it.:conf
