    did anyone see 4 minutes and 6 seconds into the ifl video last night where mick crashed his face into the mic, if there is a clip that sums up mick Hennessy that was it.

    lol poor Mick.

    We'll I'm sure he's appreciated in lots of places. For example in KFC where he's their best customer.

    He was a decent promoter back in the day..I mean he somehow got Junior Witter winning a WBC title!

    He must be binge comfort eating in private like crazy to be that big though, not a good example to his fighters.

    I like Mick Hennessy, met him a couple of times and he seems like a decent bloke tbh.

    I really like Mick. He seems like a genuine bloke.

    People poke fun at him because he's an easy target and has made some mistakes but the man keeps preserving. His guidance of Tyson Fury to Heavyweight glory still ranks above the achievements of either Warren or Hearn. I think his passion and determination has left him a bit blinkered at times, hence his 'shades of Ali episode'. He also provides some epic comedy moments, highlight for me being his Youtube PPV venture with 776 viewers.

    Every time we think he's dead and buried he just keeps coming back. Did incredibly well to get the Channel 5 deal.

    I think Mick is a terrific matchmaker and talent spotter, Maybe the best in Britain. He is a poor promoter though.

    Mick is worth it just the ******ed comments he makes about Hughie "Cure for Insomnia" Fury.

    Following Hughie's lopsided wide UD loss to Joseph Parker, Mick thought he was robbed.

    Mick then went full Mickey when he uttered those famous last words "It was like shades of Ali the way he was moving" (Timestamp 2 minutes 25)
