    after reading the posts from magindo1980 yesterday and after sleeping on the information i can now say that i am a fully paid up member of the mick roberts jr fan club:rofl:rofl

    i will be following this future p4p king as he looks to achieve his dreams of winning the scottish title in 2022 and in his 40th pro fight undefeated selling out hampden football stadium with his massive fan base, he will then move straight on to winning the undisputed featherweight/super featherweight world titles before calling floyd mayweather and asking him how it feels to have not earned as much money as him during their respective careers:rofl:rofl:good

    can you keep me updated on his next fight pal and if you could sort me out with some tickets magindo1980 that would be great:good:good

    Heard there's a waiting list for tickets. The bellhousten can only hold a certain amount.

    Heard from a few Jocks in the know that tickets will soon be on sale for both park benches at 30p per ticket on StubHub

    Even better news is that Sky Box Office, on the advice of Edwina Hearn, are generously rewarding the loyalty of subscribers by deducting £16.99 off all Sky Bills where a Mick Roberts fight is viewed.

    Saying this as a general observer on the forum.

    But anytime I see you, Daviddee, Billy Nelson and a couple of other Scottish guys whose usernames escape me atm post in a thread, I just know it's going to descend into a childish debate about no mark domestic boxers like Clark, David Brophy etc.

    I'm genuinely yet to come across a discussion about Scottish boxing on this forum that doesn't descend into a raging argument with insults thrown in.

    Except Ricky Burns, the only Jock I seen produce a good display on Sky over the past 2 years has been Jamie Wilson.

    That Brophy guy was right out of his depth against Groves as was Wilson against Nelson although the latter looked a decent boxer.

    Just appears to me that 99% of Scottish Boxers not developed well enough before appearing on Sky in fights they have little chance of winning.

    The odd gem does overcome the system though as seen with Jim Watt, Scott Harrison and Ricky Burns.
