Heard Mark Whalberg is playing him. When does this come out?

Damn, that's a long arse time to wait. Hope it's good, can't even remember what the last decent boxing film to come out was - and don't say Rocky Balboa.

imdb gets it badly wrong sometimes. I remember reading Sin City 2 was coming out 2008. Good call on Mark Walhbeg as Ward, he'll have to ugly himself up a bit though.

I actually think the last good Boxing movie we got was Rocky Balboa. The last great Boxing movie we had was Million dollar baby, and the greatest of all time is undoubtedly Raging Bull. :good

I would like to see a film based on Michael Nunn and his career one day. A talented fighter that became mixed up in drugs, eventually being arrested and put in prison. I hope for a happy ending in that one.

rocky balboa was entertaining but not on par with cinderella man...I like rocky 1 as the greatest of all time then raging bull..then the great white hype
