Lee is a better boxer with much more power than Rosado, so he should be able to handle Quillin, i'm hoping.

Andy is a very odd fighter. He tends to fight to the level of his opponent.

Against quality opposition, he tends to show his best.

Conversely,he can struggle against journeymen, looking completely uninterested.

He'll surely bring his A game against Quillin

Another news: Taylor has been stripped by IBF. N'Dam to fight a best available opponent for the title. IBF is contacting Sturm to see if he wants that fight.

good find, hadn't heard that yet.

i think Sturm fought at super middle last time, and plus he's shot. Saunders & Lemieux would be next down the list.

edit: Sturm has until Monday, Feb 9 to respond.

Sturm declined to fight N'dam for the WBO belt as he is going to stay at super middleweight. next on the list is BJ Saunders & then David Lemieux.

I hope we get N'Dam vs Lemieux.

If Lemieux gets the belt, we could see a unification with GGG, maybe in Montreal.

excuse me. i meant the IBF belt not WBO. Lee is WBO champ.

well, Saunders has until close of IBF business Thursday to respond. he may very well hope and wait for a big fight against Lee.

Close of IBF business? Is that later than close of WBC business? Not sure where Daryl Peoples is, but Sulaiman is likely West of wherever that is...

BJS wants the Lee fight and is getting paid nice stepaside money for that, so I hope David is sent in vs N'Dam. My guess is the money for that fight is in Montreal, not France where N'Dam is based.

If Lemieux-N'Dam happens this Spring/Summer in Montreal, I'll go see the fight live. :bbb

If that happens on HBO (Golden Boy) no chance of Beterbiev on the undercrad is there? There seemed to be friction between David and GYM when they split.

Actually here Michelle claims he's still under contract with them.

I know, it sounds like a legal battle... but Yvon Michel still works/organizes cards that include Pascal, even after the bitter separation. I don't think it will be different for David... money talks.

...which makes me wonder, if GYM & Pascal can do that - why were Ward & Goossen never able to?

As for Beterbiev possibly being on the undercard - I hope he gets Campillo. :deal

Doesn't Campillo deserve a break once in awhile

is that your opinion or someone elses? both Saunders & Lemieux would have to pass for it to get down to Soliman, since the IBF has said they are going straight down their list.
