Vito would brawl & has the wiskers to handle the Caveman's power shots. Antuofermo by Ud. victory. (If he dont get a nasty cut!)

Easy answer, as they were different classes entirely. Not a good match for Caveman, who was never tested over a longer distance than five rounds (LoCicero) by any reputable opponent. Vito's, chin, aggression, physical strength and underrated defensive skills would place Lee on the back foot within the first four rounds, taking away his power and taxing his exertion.

Caveman's tongue would be hanging out of his mouth by round seven as he was getting swamped by an adversary with beer keg lungs. Does he get to the finish line? I don't think so. Lee would be overwhelmed and crumble before the final bell. Antuofermo was too strong, too physical, and too relentless for Caveman to last 30 minutes.
