Something that people forget is that being light at HW is an advantage so far as the actual boxing goes. Its a double edged sword and we're only paying attention to the bad side. If two guys similar height and ones 200 and the others 160 sure the 160 guy might get knocked out but whose going to win the rounds if he doesn't?
