29-28 Miller, staying close, thumping Washington's sides with fat lumpy hooks, and lightly slapping his face when the arms drop. Washington got in a few straight pokes but has no leverage getting bulldozed on the backfoot.

Miller looks fairly fast when he throws in combinations, it's quite something to see. He is certainly a welcome addition to what is a fantastic division. Washington is just a "contender" - this is the beginning of the end of his career. He's just average/good at most things, but doesn't have any power or a good jab.

 

Both looked gassed this will descend into Skelton vs Williams territory if it goes on to long.

 

GW doesn't have the stamina to do what he needs to in there.

 

Washington has some very lazy habits, admiring his work and letting both hands fall after he scores. Miller starting to get hip to his rhythm & time him with counters despite winging naught by telegraphed power-shot arm-punches.

 

Miller would fare better if he was around 270lbs, could have the stamina to keep volume up. Also, he'd be able to move a bit better help supply leverage in his shots which is something he just doesn't do enough.

39-37 BBM, starting to make Washington flinch with soft jabs. Washington also closing his eyes during exchanges and to blink away sweat. Miller will catch him with something he didn't see coming, soon.
