Burgos has become gunshy because of Garcia's accuracy.

    Round 5

Garcia is catching the Burgos jab on his left forearm and outmaneuvering him with his quicker footwork. Burgos is occasionally getting through with his knock-knock jab, but only lightly grazing the forehead of Garcia, mostly just churning the air with it. Garcia is moving laterally too much for Burgos to make full use of his greater length, so Burgos has minimized his output with the straight head punches.

    10-9 Garcia

    49-46 Garcia

Burgos is not doing much. It's been Garcia carrying this fight.

    Round 6

Garcia is trading jabs with Burgos on the outside, moving a little off to starboard or port to reset between each exchange. Nice double left hook ripped into the basement and attic by Garcia. Burgos lobs in a double jab and sends a right hand down the slide but Garcia is able to quickly step out of the zone and land a counter jab as he cuts back inside.

    10-9 Garcia

    59-55 Garcia

    Round 7

Garcia is waiting for Burgos to jab and then pressing in with surgical left hooks and fast right ax-swings during Burgos' downtime. Garcia is stepping in and jabbing wherever he can get a touch, settling for the chest or shoulders if he must, and then fading back out to beyond the range of Burgos with his glove pinned over his face. Burgos moves left and right, jabbing but not landing.

    10-9 Garcia

    69-64 Garcia

    Weird trivia nugget by Lampley...

Jennings vs. Szpilka was HBO Boxing's 28th heavyweight bout? :think

I don't know why that number seems low to me. They really don't show heavies often.
