    Main event should be fun.

Looking forward to seeing Crawford and Korobov too.

    Vanes :-( totally pointless mismatch

Thoughts on the main event IB? I don't know if Garcia struggled in failing to make weight, or simply decided not to make weight.

I think Garcia wins on points, but if he's struggled Lopez could give him some scares...

I would assume Lopez struggled too. I believe he decided to leave Featherweight after Salido 2 because making the weight was becoming an issue, but probably starved himself for the money.

I'm not completely writing off the upset, however the weight issue has me leaning more toward Garcia than I was yesterday.

The only half-decent boxing of the weekend. Let's hope it's good. Is the card good, IB?

Joyi v Budler was a great fight at Strawweight (well for 6 rounds until the South African TV station froze)

Good to see Kovalev last night too.

After Colvin scored the knockdown after about 30 seconds it looked like Angel wasn't getting out of the round but Angel arguably won the round after that.

    10-8 Colvin

I took the under 8.5 rounds and hedged it with Lopez by KO. +550 for Lopez by KO is a joke IMO. The guy has knocked out just about every opponent he has faced. Lopez has at a minimum a 25% shot at the KO.

However, I think Garcia is going to get the KO. I bet Garcia comes in at like 142-143 pounds. Lopez doesn't have a great chin, Mtagwa almost had him out in the 12th round. Garcia is levels above Mtagwa both in terms of power and skill.

It should be a fun fight while it lasts.

Sigala took the second. Colvin has no stamina

    Rd 2: 10-9 Sigala
    19-18 Colvin
