I maintained after the Prescott fight that Crawford reminded me a bit of a young Marvin Hagler. I stand by that assertion after this fight; he may not have otherworldly speed, but he's a versatile smooth switch-hitter who can box patiently or blast an opponent out if required. That's exactly the type of style Marvin used in the ring when he was coming up..Let's see if Crawford is able to enjoy similar success using this style in this generation.

No doubting he was caught with a nice left hook. But doesn't mean that was the sole cause of the stoppage. The way his equilibrium was off usually is a result of a temple shot/grazing shot to the top of the head.
