Clottey kept fighting with broken hands while Cotto quit because he was getting beat up. It was against the same opponent.
bull****, clottey said he hurt his hand, they wern't broken, you ever tried throwing a punch with a broken hand?
You mean broken finger. Cotto was getting pummeled against Manos de Plaster. Different stylees anyway. How many times has Clottey went threw adversity?
atsch This is ridiculoous! Clottey took a compubox motha****in RECORD of punches against the same man with the same plaster.... And he wasn't even fazed. Didn't even blink. Cotto, meanwhile, got his face put through a blender. Same opponent, way different outcomes.
put down the pipe son. Even the best trees Vegas has to offer what let me say that, you must be on some other ****atsch
I like how you all act like Clottey definitely has more heart than Cotto.. Honestly, a Margarito that likely had plaster of paris in his gloves made Cotto take a knee, and you could see he was physically beaten... Clottey just phased out in the second half of the fight and said his hand was hurt.. Honestly, I think the heart is pretty similar. Cotto has been hurt and came back to whoop ass before, but one loss overrides this so easily... They both have a ton of heart.
ABC logic most times fails. Clotto tried to win.Clottey didn't do much after he hurt his finger. His defence and low workrate helped him do that aswell as Margarito's compubox record.
So you're saying it's not possible? Guys like Gatti and Malignaggi fought regularly with broken hands throughout their career. He finished the fight though. Can't say the same about Cotto... Fighting with injured hands is not going through adversity?
How does anyone really know this? And how de we get to make this assumption on behalf of Cotto but not Clottey???? Same fighter. Drastically different outcomes.
You mean injured finger. Yes it is,if you somewhat try to win.Still don't see how that means Clottey has more heart than Cotto. And just for the record Margarito had a inured ankle in the Clottey fight.
