Yep because those dumb asses thought they can just go anywhere without prior planning and risk assessment. If you are an educated person you would research where you are going first, right? Any place in this world has some bad and good spots, so the Philippines is no difference. I have seen the worst of the worst of all places and I can still find some good things about it. I was in Sulo island and Cotabato and still find some good things about that place even though it is infested with the muslim radicals and other militia.
