Miguel Cotto - "Going to the Philippines is not worth my time" (Manny's B-day)

So, can you enlighten me please?

 

All I have to say is Manny is a gentleman and a warrior.

Cotto has every right to turn it down and we really don't know what his schedule is. My understanding is that a flight to the Philippines is a long one.

 

even erik morales and marco antonio barrera don't like each other and that's cuz they are countrymen. and for erik to have respect for pacman and vice versa that says alot about pacmans character. pac's just being nice when he really doesn't have too. i don't think he'll lose any sleep at night if cotto can't make it to his party. it's just a damn party

 

Yep, plus we don't know what's going on with his personal life anyway, so it's really his call. From PR to PI will probably take about a day.

You know, Pacman has morphed into a good businessman, so a business partnership with other millionaires such as Cotto and Morales may play a vital role to their countries' economic future.

 

It probably would not have been a direct flight. Maybe a stopover in LA, then direct to Manila.

Did Cotto directly say "it wasn't worth his time"? Maybe someday he'll visit there.

It will not be a direct flight, of course, and it all depends on what airlines he chooses. He may stopover New York or TX then to Vancouver or LA. Yep, there are so many possibilities, but the point is if he visits the PI he should stay there for at least a moth and just enjoy the Pacman's hospitality.
