Anyone thought about Cotto's Fights against Southpaws.

    Judah he was hurt twice.
    Corley he was badly hurt.

Now i rate both Judah and Corley but common were talking Pacman.

If Pacman hurts Cotto expect a different result.

It's all good man, your opinion is respected. Hatton is getting underrated far too much by many people, I know he's no ATG but so isn't Cotto and in terms of accomplishments Cotto doesn't go far beyond Hatton, they both have their share of weak points. Cotto is definitely more skilled but would I say levels above Hatton?, don't think so. The only win on Cotto's record that pushes Hatton behind is his victory over Mosley especially when Mosley disposed of Concreto. I don't take Cotto's loss seriously because I believe Margarito had his gloves loaded so I'm going to ignore that even though Margarito took advantage of Cotto's weaknesses and that's defense, defensively Cotto isn't leagues above Hatton but still clearly better.

Just trying to say Hatton is not a scrub to be looked at like h's a tomato can all of a sudden, hey, Cotto got his share of similar comments when he lost, boxing fans tend to exaggerate when a fighter loses and Hatton lost to the best two fighters of this general and #1 P4P guys.

I never said DLH was prime material either, it's obvious he was past his best but still got far too many advantages that should have made up for it. Hoya had the size, experience, power and reach, what more can he ask for?, it's what Pacquiao did that made him look terrible. If Pacquiao stood there to exchange DLH would have been able to land some at least. About the Forbes fight, no one looks good fighting Forbes, it's just Forbes' style.

The Pacquiao hype train has been out of control for awhile now. Cotto is going to bring things back down to earth for Pac fans. Manny is easy to hit, always has been. He'll be facing the biggest puncher of his career who happens to be in his prime and also happens to be the naturally bigger man. Cotto will land on Pac, and when he does, all of these so-called advantages Pac has will go out the window. Pac isn't some kind of great adjuster in the ring--just look at his fights with JMM. He won't be able to make the necessary adjustments when Cotto starts landing and that will be a big factor in the fight. Manny's defense is his offense, and he won't be able to NOT get involved in a slugging match with Miguel. Cotto will break Manny down to the body because Manny's body will be there to be hit.

In any other circumstance I wuld agree that a welterweight champion should not lose toa former flyweight champion, however Pac is a freak and im picking him to win - by stoppage.
