The ticket prices and PPV prices would be prohibitive for 3 fights of the same magnitude at the same time.

They are both near the end anyway.

Steward will help Cotto, but I expect Margarito to stop him anyway. Steward said, before the fight, that Margarito had not trained for Mosely. Margarito will train for Cotto.

We all know those would be headline fights, but WOW would that be a card. I can't think of many more fights besides Martinez-Williams that I'd equate with those fights in terms of my priorities in viewing. Imagine those 4 in one huge mega event? The prices would be ridiculous, but how could any fan turn it down.

Seriously though, should boxing stack its cards a bit better a la MMA? Obviously the above example isn't realistic, but I wonder if long-term it's a more profitable and enjoyable method of fight organization.

Anyways, I have to check out Margarito-Garcia, but I think Cotto may outbox Margarito with Steward in his corner, as long as he doesn't fight backwards and is tentative in defense. He can land cleanly and outpoint him to a UD. Cotto wasn't the same after the fight, but I could hardly put faith in Margarito being the same fighter either.

This! anyone lookin at his resume and fight style cant help but admire him.

but this is the sad reality. hearns was equally respected for fighting everyone, listen to him talk now. few fighters compile world class resumes without becoming punch drunk. cotto will almost certainly become the same way.

there is 1 criticism i can think of. he is too much a gentleman, if he was vocal about fighting floyd the fight might of come off. says a lot my only criticism is that he is too nice.
