If Cotto is 146 now, he only need to shave his pubic hair, cut his toe nails, and spit a couple times, he doesn't need to lose muscle mass to make 145.

 

So you think Cotto will be drained against Pac yet you don't want Pac detractors to use it against Pac? :huh
