Miguel Cotto: " Me and Pacquiao Will Be War "

it will be a war till round 7! After that, its who has the most stamina left.

 

My thoughts are at least he is looking at it this way rather than thinking its going to be easy

 

Cotto should stick to boxing I see no reason to brawl with Manny .

Agreed I expect Cotto to win by Ko any way.And Cotto does have decptive speed.

 

I think this will not be a war but a massacre. either cotto will be too strong and beat the bejesus out of pacquiao. Or pacquiao will be too quick and turn cotto into a punch bag.

I feel theres not going to be a back and forth in this fight if you get what i mean.

Cotto will test both Manny's WW power & his ability to absorb.. (First 3 RDS)
Then he will switch into AM/OLY style boxing and run circles around Pac.
(Move in a circle throw lead right hand's & counter left hooks + steady jab)

After the butt, which will open a huge gash on Pac's right eye... ('round 4th or 5th)
Cotto's pressure & jab will continue to bust Manny open until Daddy Roach
decides to throw in the towel, reminding peep's of the Penalosa Vs. Lopez fight.

Pacquiao:
1) furious pace for 12 rounds, speed never fades nor does power
2) Very unpredictable, thows punches all angles and very quick in and out
3) Has ability to KO cotto or TKO him by flurrying after a hurtful punch
4) cotto has never faced anyone as fast a pacquiao but has been stunned by slower fighters.

Cotto
1) amazing recovery ability
2) quick with hands and carrys enough power to break pacquiao
3) big body puncher and fighter clever fight
4) pacquiao has never had to take a punch as hard as cotto's. Plans sometym fly out of the window when you get hit

I really want cotto to win but I feel pacquiao is going to stop him in the 8th round over cuts or accumilation of punches. but cotto will not lose on his back

 

U mean theres no reason for "Manny" to brawl wit Cotto,so Manny should stick wit Boxing,because all it takes for Cotto is 1 punch..

Manny got stunn by Marquez at 130 which was super-Featherweight How u think hes going to deal with Getting hit by a true full-fledged Strong welterweight Like Cotto at 145? who will probably come in 150 or higher in fight night
