i disgaree with cotto and margarito. even if they were one-sided affairs, pac took alot of punishment, against naturally bigger guys, in those fights. i say that he took more punishment physically in the cotto or margarito fight compared to his fight with marquez the last time out.

17 years of ring age with a style not suited for longevity. but i can agree, it was just back in 2008 and 2009 that we have seen the best version of pacquiao.

Pacquiao is still performing EXTREMELY well, Cotto on the other hand has lost his step in terms of reflexes and speed.

Pac's had more wars, Cotto's further from his prime - probably mentally more so than physically (but is still an elite level fighter)

For all the wars Pacquiao has been through he still looks at the top of his game to me, Marquez just happens to have a style that makes him look ordinary.

Pacquiao is, according to this hilarious thread, way past his prime.

    That's pretty much it.

Marquez has been through more wars than Pacquiao.

i disagree. if you followed his fights back then, his style doesn't resemble much his more offensive nature now. only when he started moving up from 126 where he was involved in real wars. but jmm is not the subject of this thread.

Pacquiao has been KO'ed twice, beaten badly by erik morales, punished by marg and had 3 wars with marquez. I don't know if cotto matches that...

as usual, we have the floyd fans here to whine and cry. being involved in wars is just part of being warriors inside the ring. both of then have given us such great fights in the past and it's no secret that both are past their respective primes. you could at least share your opinions instead of the usual whine.
