Funny that he say's that when he went on for what seems like forever that he thought he beat Mayweather.

Even though Pacquiao gave him a beating, I think he's right that Mayweather is the best he ever fought, Cotto just couldn't land effective punches on him and he must realize now that Mayweather would be more difficult to beat than Pacquiao if he could do it all over again.

My memory is hazy on this one, but I think every common opponent said Mayweather was close to impossible to beat, whereas they always have a puncher's chance against Pacquiao.
    That's understandble.
But I don't think anyone of them would prefer to fight a prime Pacquiao over a prime Mayweather.

I think most fighters would prefer to face Pacquiao over a fighter like Mayweather who's going to play it defensively and make you look bad.

The best is the guy who damn near mutilated you. But... once a *****, always a *****. What a despicable ****ing scumbag he is. I guess he's made and believes in all of the shitton of excuses in his head like all of his annoying fanboys about how Pac didn't viciously pulverize and stop the "real" Cotto, he was drained doe, **** you. It brought me so much joy seeing him have his career ended by a glass jawed bum who got viciously KO'd by a rookie novice his next fight out.:qmeparto: That was beautiful.

How can be PBF the best fighter you faced when Pacquiao had you on the deck twice and on the run for survival after just 4 rds?

Pac put a pink dress on you and made you run for mercy. Maybe he did hit too hard, perhaps, so you forgot.

Cotto performed better when he fought Mayweather than when he fought Pacquiao. Cotto made Mayweather bleed but he was unable to beat him. This is why he said so.

Cotto was out of his depths vs Pacquiao. He must've felt like he underperformed. As such he either cannot judge how good Pacquiao is (since he wasn't himself when they fought) or is lying to save face.

I can believe this. The issue with Floyd is opponents watching Floyd on tape soon realise once in the ring it’s a whole different story. They quickly realise that they have a fighter across the ring who is incredibly switched on and a one that makes adjustments on the fly quickly making there own strategy go to ****.

Fighting Mayweather to me just looks like an extremely frustrating experience.

Mayweather is difficult to beat in the sense that you have to track him down and force him to fight, but Pacquiao is a harder fight any day of the week because he brings violence and pain.

Cotto might be talking about best in terms of skills but Pac was the one who beat him down and stopped him bad

Pac is better then may in everything apart from maybe boxing skills

Mayweather is harder to beat because he is running away

pacqauio is harder to fight because you will take punishment
