    he made sechew powell, joel julio and that polish guy look like total crap even though he lost 2 of those fights

    The won't risk Berto with Cotto.

    Cotto should give his body the time it needs to completely heal and get back at 100% and wait for Cintron to fight one more time, so he could fight him in early '09.

    Ishe said he'll go down to 147 pounds to fight Cotto. It be a great tune up fight for Cotto.

    Berto is fighting at the end of September. Cotto wants to fight by the end of the year. So that fight might not be available. He should fight James Kirkland.

    Arum mentioned Kirkland as a future opponent for Miguel had he won. So obviously he feels it's a fight worth making. Kirkland is a good guy to fight if Cotto wants to prove the doubters wrong. His chin and ability to deal with pressure are in question. Fighting Kirkland will tell us whether or not Cotto can deal with pressure. If he can't, he'll have a hard time competing with the likes of Williams and Margarito.
