When cotto backs up and runs he is a warrior and hero but the same people call Floyd a coward when he does it.

I think you guys are being too harsh, his grammer and content seems like that of a 14 year old kid.

He probably was just so devastated, and exchanged his feelings of sadness into feeling of anger. The kid will grow up and will know the true value of loyalty soon enough.

Dam son your a little too hard on Miguel ..That midget could go down as one of the best fighters p4p of all time .He beats MW as well will he suck ?

Cotto beat Judah Mosley ,Clotty Quintana ..Give me a list of fighters that have as good of a resume thats active now outside of Manny ?

Cotto needs an experienced lead trainer .Thats what makes the correct adjustment .Losing to a fighter of Manny's caliber is nothing to be ashamed of ..

Jesus Rican your a superficial fan, I think Cotto is a quality boxer and he got beat by a modern day great and the Margarito loaded gloves still goes on...

When Cotto boxed and worked behind the jab (wasn't often) but he looked comfortable with Pacquiao...

Cotto and Kessler are two of my favorite boxers I am still supporting them as am pretty sure they both still have the hunger to come back and challenge at a high level

Cotto had an amazing run, amazing resume and amazing victories in amazing style. I believe he might be done at world level but we will see.

Imagine how many times Golota dissapointed me. I never stopped supporting him.

:-(You are what's wrong with so many boxing fans. A fighter gets beaten convincingly and then all the sudden he's worthless and no good. I'm a big Pac fan, ever since my jaw dropped hearing that he stopped Barrera years ago. I never in my wildest dreams imagined him evolving to this level. He's truly an all time great fighter. Cotto is a great fighter in his own right, but what happened is what happens when a great fighter meets an ATG one. This was remindful of Roberto Duran versus Davey Moore: Moore was a great fighter but Duran was an ATG who was better in every single way and he brutalized Davey Moore.

As for Hatton, I never said he was better than Cotto but he was a beast in his own right at 140 and look what Manny did to a dominant elite 140 lber....he annihilated him in quick brutal fashion.

You need to show respect for the men and women who climb between those ropes and give their all win or lose. There just happens to be a loser(lest there is a draw) but there is honor in losing to a worthy opponent after giving a valiant, honest effort. Please stop discrediting the noble warriors of this great sport for losing. God forbid someone lose to the better fighter that night....imagine that  :-(

:patschHow old are you?! You haven't been watching boxing very long have you? You need to be in bed instead of sneaking into the living room with the grown ups to watch the big people fights.

Maybe you need to spar and see that this stuff isn't a video game and takes real courage to stay in there and keep trying in the midst of a good ol' fashioned ass beatin(not to mention your wife and kid are watching it all unfold) I'd be happy to help show you.....it would suck AND I'd take it easy. The only dud here is you not knowing what real men and real courage really are. :bart
