Don't know it's really a pick em fight. I'll make a prediction as it draws closer.

If it's such a pick em fight, why do you believe he'll duck GGG

I really want GGG-Canelo but I have a feeling Cotto will get the decision.

Canelo would fight GGG no doubt. Th problem is that Canelo doesn't have complete control of his career. GBP won't allow Canelo to fight GGG right after Cotto if he wins. Because they will want to make a lot of money fighting lesser fighters. They want a return on their investment and I can't say i don't blame them. They will hope GGG either moves up or they will wait for him to get older and slow down. GGG is 33 right now they would love to fight him at 35.

    GBP is no TMT
    Canelo is no Mayweather

    Do not get it confused.

Do you HONESTLY THINK THAT HE'D let Canelo fight GGG....even if GGG had the patience to wait til he's 35.

Canelo knocks out Cotto and rides that huge fight's momentum into a super fight with GGG. It'll be fantastic.

Though, I wouldn't be surprised if Golden Boy feeds Golovkin Lemieux first to hold him off and then Golovkin in the fall. GGG's promotion may refuse Lemieux as a settlement. Depending on how much K2 complains and pressures Golden Boy and WBC, we may see it this spring. WBC president is repeatedly telling the public that the winner will get Golovkin, even tweeted it a couple days ago. GGG's side wants the title NOW and the doors these fighters are escaping out of are starting to shut.

Hey dummy I said that Canelo would fight him but you're high if you think GBP will allow Canelo to fight GGG next if he beats Cotto. You know damn well they won't and the WBC will support Canelo to the fullest because they want him as their champ.

Cotto beats Canelo and makes it look easy. It will be a surprise to many casuals, but not to the hardcore fans. Then, expect Cotto/Mayweather 2 to materialize next year. Floyd will be done with his Showtime contract and HBO will make a push for that.

You people are delusional if you think that will happen. I'd bet a small fortune that if Canelo beats Cotto he won't fight GGG next or even the fight after that. The WBC won't push for it next if Canelo beats Cotto they probably will if Cotto wins but not Canelo. They want him to be their champ for as long as possible. GBP and the WBC would rather deal with GGG down the road he's not in their short term plan.

He wasn't supposed to fight trout
He wasn't supposed to fight Lara
    He fought Mayweather
    He fought pressure fighter Ángulo
    He fought power puncher Kirkland

GBP and Canelo have proven to not duck fighters. That is what made Odlh what he is and will use that blueprint with Canelo. No reason whatsoever to think they would cherry pick and duck. They already said yes to GGG, in a year or two. Canelo is still young and hasn't had one fight at the MW limit.
