Not sure. Cotto doesnt usually like people with loaded gloves. But I also believe Tito is very limited. Difficult one
stop it...just stop it, Tito is basically a bigger version of Cotto. both have tremendous left hooks especially to the body, both like to stalk opponents and quite frankly, i can't see Cotto winning against Trinidad. if Ricardo Torres hurt Cotto imagine what a left hook from Trinidad would do to him lol :hi:
It's a tough one to call, but I think prime for prime, Tito wins it. I think he has the more power of the two and is naturally bigger. I can see both fighters on the floor in this one, but I would edge with Tito to pull out a KO win towards the last quarter of the fight. As the rounds go on both will become more weary and tired and more susceptable to being hurt, and Tito's the fighter who has the more natural explosiveness in my opinion.
the size would be the difference...cotto must beat margarito first before i consider he could beat tito trinidad
Actually ive been thinking about it and I believe Cotto either stops him by very late TKO or UD. Cotto's body attack would mean that Tito would tire in the later rounds. All Cotto has to do is avoid getting hit with powerful combinations. Cotto has a good chin no matter what anyone here says, and has very respectable power in both hands. There would be moments when Cotto would get wobbled and possibly dropped but I think he has enough to get the win
Trinidad boxing skills is way underrated specially at 147.Once Cotto is knockdown its almost certain tito will finish him being one of the best finisher of his era.I disagree with you but who knows.
If Trinidad hurt's Cotto it's over, Light's out! Felix is in top's all-time as a finisher, defo would not let Cotto off the hook. Miguel's body attack would come at the price of a Trinidad left hook. (That's a check Miguel's chin can't ca$h, Anyone Tito hit flush 4 that matter)
No way in the world Cotto wins this one. Tito was superb in his welterweight prime - as soon as he lands flush on Cotto, he hurts him. There weren't many better finishers than Tito - he stops Cotto within 6 rounds.
