Miguel Cotto vs Gennady GGG Golovkin

I'd give Cotto at best a 5% chance of not getting KOd

 

Who are the idiots (aka eyebrow plucking Ricans) that voted for a Cotto ko. :huh

 

Cotto will start out good but then get cracked and start back tracking like he did against pacquaio and margarito. Once this happens it will be the end for him. Rosado ran more than anyone and he caught a serious beating doing that.

Cotto's a sure fire HOFer and has payed his dues in the sport but at this stage he is only about Cotto/himself. High reward/low risk fights are on his radar. Plus he also seems difficult to negotiate with making the Canelo fight far more difficult than it should be to get made.

Do not hold your breath for a Golovkin fight ever getting made. Unless Golovkin gets mauled by a bear in Kazakhstan or something similar that makes him vulnerable enough in Cottos view.

Cotto had a chance to fight Golovkin. Instead he rather agreed to pay GGG 800k in step aside money so as not to fight him.

It's 100% clear to me that he knew Golovkin would destroy him at that time.

 

At least Miguel would have taken the knee around the second. Can you imagine the damage Margarito would have taken??

6 round fight where Margarito takes 2-3 fights worth of punishment. It would be head on torture for him with his style
