I seriously doubt Cotto's management would have put him in the ring for photo's with GGG much less a fight. He has zero chance
GGG loves feasting on smaller fighters and old fighters. Either way, I think 2014 Cotto still had enough to decision a predictable fighter like Golovkin.
No you don't. Sometimes you make reasonable posts, but more and more lately you resort to this troll like behaviour.
He's trying to justify Canelo's great struggle with little Cotto even though he was twice his size. It was very competitive, but Canelo had his predictable four point lead coming into the bout as reflected on the judges rediculious score cards.
Just because you don't agree, it doesn't mean its a troll post. In 2015 Cotto had a flawless fight against Daniel Geale (who at that time was GGG's best opponent). Despite taking one more round than Golovkin to dispose of Geale, Cotto did it in more impression fashion. To me that is one of other examples that shows at what level Cotto was operating pre Canelo in 2015.
Actually Cotto offered to fight GGG if he beat Canelo, but he didn't. Now who do you think GGG would fight if in the same position as Cotto? Canelo, or his mandatory? LOL checkmate
It's not a troll post because I don't agree with what you said, it's a troll post because you don't agree with what you said.
"And then Cotto decided that the WBC title he'd be forced to defend against Golovkin wasn't worth the hassle and declined paying the $1.1 million in fees ($300k in sanctioning fees + $800k in step-aside money for Golovkin). Thus, he was stripped of the WBC title and essentially said that he would have no parts of GGG" https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...ht-ggg-next/&usg=AOvVaw21mo5SkDckSE4HATSL4Rz5
