    Cotto asked for a catchweight of 152, Kirkland countered w/ 153. 153 accepted.

    Kirkland will be training w/ Anne Wolf.

    This is what's causing low numbers in boxing! Every halfway decent fight is on PPV! I believe this will be a good fight but might not pay to watch it! It's like paying gourmet prices for McDonalds food! Not gonna happen!!!

    Kirkland is reportedly back up around 190 lbs.

    How the f is supposed to work on punch resistance at 154 if he's gotta boil down to a weight he can hardly make when he's staying near 175 between fights.
    Not even Ann Wolfe can whip him into shape for that.

    Pretty in Pink Cotto & El Pollo Rojo Canelo are two of the biggest wussies in boxing. Fight me at c/w ROFL
    Kirkland will be weak as a kitten @ 153. I never thought I'd cheer for a thug like Kirkland but I hope he somehow kicks that pretty pink ass & puts him out of boxing. A farce like this on PPV ???Anyone that buys it gotta be nuts

    Cotto and his people are very disrespectful in asking people to pay for this junk fight. The only thing that I am 100% sure of is that I won't pay to see that crap. If he can't bring a better show to the table than that then he needs to hang em up.

    This news isnt even worth reacting to. I dont expect this fight to get much coverage. I mean, whats there to say?? Kirkland coming down to 153 oh no Cotto please dont scare us now.
