An exhibition between the 2 legendary Latin American fighters is set to take place sometime in October. Who do you think wins that? Also who do you think would win if the fought as professionals at:
    140
    &
    147

Cotto beats him at both weights.

JMM is not really on that level. He outdid himself when he fought Pac, as did Norton with Ali. This was evident in how he struggled with past it MAB that Pac demolished, struggled with Juan Diaz, lost to Chris John, lost to Bradley which Pac dominated in at least 2/3 fights.

Cotto jabs his face off. This may actually show in the exhibition.

Based on losing your Bradley, easy? How about a near draw vs a shot MAB?

Look at how he did vs Floyd. Cotto and Pac at least did something, won a few rounds. JMM got shutout and KD.

JMM did exceptionally well vs Pac, but outside of those fights, he was a good B/A- level.

MAB specifically abandoned his pressure game and fought on the backfoot for the first half of the fight which forced Marquez to lead, also Barrera came in great shape for that fight.

All of JMM's troubles stem from him leading rather than counterpunching off the backfoot, if Cotto leads he'll lose the fight.

However this is exhibition so both will be taking it easy and stringing some combos for the crowd, nothing too hard.

140+ beats any version of Cotto imo.
